1. Phạm vi và đơn vị vận hành / Scope and operator

JobChat là ứng dụng nội bộ dành cho một nhóm người dùng được cho phép, không phải dịch vụ đăng ký công khai. Đơn vị vận hành JobChat chịu trách nhiệm về việc xử lý dữ liệu được mô tả trong chính sách này.

JobChat is an internal application for a limited group of authorized users and is not a public registration service. The JobChat operator is responsible for the data processing described in this policy.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi truy cập và lưu trữ / Data we access and store

Khi một người vận hành kết nối Google Drive, ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. Ứng dụng có thể xử lý:

When an operator connects Google Drive, the application requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope. The application may process:

• Địa chỉ email Google và định danh tài khoản Drive dùng để nhận biết kết nối.The Google email address and Drive account identifier used to identify the connection.
• ID, tên và khả năng ghi của thư mục Google Drive được người vận hành chọn.The ID, name, and write capability of the Google Drive folder selected by the operator.
• Scope đã cấp, thời điểm kết nối và refresh token được mã hóa.The granted scope, connection time, and encrypted refresh token.
• Nội dung bản sao lưu cùng metadata kỹ thuật như tên file, kích thước, checksum, trạng thái xử lý và thông tin lỗi vận hành.Backup content and technical metadata such as file name, size, checksum, processing status, and operational error information.
• Nhật ký bảo mật và kiểm toán cần thiết; thông tin nhận dạng nhạy cảm được giới hạn hoặc che bớt khi hiển thị trong log.Necessary security and audit logs; sensitive identifying information is limited or redacted when displayed in logs.

3. Mục đích sử dụng / How we use data

Dữ liệu Google và dữ liệu backup chỉ được dùng để xác minh tài khoản và folder đã chọn; tạo cấu trúc thư mục; tải lên, kiểm tra và đọc file do ứng dụng quản lý; tải xuống hoặc khôi phục dữ liệu; xóa dữ liệu theo yêu cầu hoặc vòng đời đã cấu hình; xử lý lỗi, bảo mật và duy trì dịch vụ.

Google data and backup data are used only to verify the connected account and selected folder; create folder structures; upload, verify, and read app-managed files; download or restore data; delete data when requested or according to the configured lifecycle; and operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu và Limited Use / Data sharing and Limited Use

JobChat không bán dữ liệu Google, không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo và không dùng để lập hồ sơ người dùng. Dữ liệu chỉ được xử lý qua Google APIs, hạ tầng kỹ thuật cần thiết để vận hành JobChat và người vận hành được ủy quyền; hoặc được cung cấp khi pháp luật yêu cầu hay cần thiết để bảo vệ an toàn của dịch vụ.

JobChat does not sell Google data or use it for advertising or user profiling. Data is processed only through Google APIs, technical infrastructure required to operate JobChat, and authorized operators, or disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect the service.

Việc JobChat sử dụng và chuyển dữ liệu nhận từ Google APIs tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use.

JobChat's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Lưu trữ và bảo mật / Storage and security

Dữ liệu backup có thể được lưu tạm thời trên hạ tầng của JobChat trong khi xử lý hoặc theo chính sách lưu giữ, sau đó được lưu trong folder Google Drive đã chọn. Kết nối sử dụng HTTPS; refresh token được mã hóa khi lưu; quyền quản trị được giới hạn; credential không được hiển thị cho trình duyệt hoặc ghi vào tài liệu công khai.

Backup data may be stored temporarily on JobChat infrastructure while being processed or according to the configured retention policy, and is then stored in the selected Google Drive folder. Connections use HTTPS, refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, administrative access is restricted, and credentials are not exposed to the browser or public documentation.

Không biện pháp bảo mật nào loại bỏ hoàn toàn mọi rủi ro, nhưng JobChat áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và vận hành phù hợp với tính chất của dịch vụ nội bộ.

No security measure eliminates every risk, but JobChat applies technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the nature of this internal service.

6. Thời gian lưu giữ và xóa dữ liệu / Retention and deletion

Thông tin kết nối, metadata và refresh token được giữ trong thời gian kết nối Drive và các bản backup phụ thuộc còn được sử dụng. File backup được giữ hoặc xóa theo vòng đời do người vận hành cấu hình và các yêu cầu xóa hợp lệ. Một số metadata vận hành hoặc log có thể được giữ trong thời gian cần thiết để bảo mật, khắc phục sự cố, khôi phục hoặc đáp ứng nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

Connection information, metadata, and the refresh token are retained while the Drive connection and dependent backups remain in use. Backup files are retained or deleted according to the operator-configured lifecycle and valid deletion requests. Some operational metadata or logs may be retained as needed for security, troubleshooting, recovery, or legal obligations.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of related data, email giaunm.56@gmail.com. JobChat will verify the requester's authority before acting.

7. Thu hồi quyền Google / Revoking Google access

Người dùng có thể thu hồi quyền của JobChat trong trang kết nối bên thứ ba của Google Account. Thu hồi quyền sẽ ngăn ứng dụng tiếp tục dùng kết nối Google, nhưng không tự động xóa các file backup đã có trên Google Drive hoặc metadata cần thiết đang lưu trong JobChat. Hãy gửi yêu cầu xóa riêng nếu cần.

Users can revoke JobChat's access from the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation prevents further use of the Google connection, but it does not automatically delete existing backup files from Google Drive or necessary metadata stored by JobChat. Submit a separate deletion request when needed.

8. Thay đổi và liên hệ / Changes and contact

Chính sách này sẽ được cập nhật trước khi JobChat dùng dữ liệu Google cho mục đích mới hoặc yêu cầu thêm quyền. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo cho nhóm người dùng được cấp quyền khi phù hợp.

This policy will be updated before JobChat uses Google data for a new purpose or requests additional permissions. Material changes will be communicated to the authorized user group when appropriate.
